CANCELLATION POLICY

i completely understand that life can be unpredictable, but i ask that you respect my time as i do yours. when you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you, so if something comes up, please give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. cancellations made 36 hours or more before your appointment will not incur any fees. if you cancel less than 36 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service. no-call no-shows will be charged the full amount. by booking your appointment, you agree to this policy.
